Imagine yourself and those you wish to see healed

At the Golden Temple of Amritsar

Bathed in golden light,

Walking the marble Parkarma

And immersed in the blissful healing waters

Of its Sacred Pool…

The Golden Temple Meditation is an effortless journey into the Golden Temple's

etheric realm. There is no special posture or mantra. Simply by hearing stories

of other folks' experiences, even without having previous knowledge of Sikhs or

Kundalini Yoga, people experience sights, sensations and interactions with Sikh

Gurus and personal spiritual guides innate to their spiritual reality. Healings

that take place involve all ten bodies and give profound understanding.

I was first blessed with this meditation in 1995 when I went into my heart to

pray for a friend. The ease of sharing ways to delve deep into the journey for

miraculous healing to take place inspired me to give Golden Temple workshops up

and down the West Coast, from Oregon to New Mexico. Workshops have been hosted

in homes, yurts, teepees and in nature, at community colleges, country faires,

yoga centers, Women's Training Camp and Summer Solstice gatherings.

In two separate upcoming workshops we will hear stories of other people's

journeys, discuss how the Golden Temple's healing elements naturally come into

play, and then meditatively enter its sacred realm for intimate experiences of

our own.
