just excellent.

 

He gives you a specific plan of action to follow on your path to wellness

to correct them-Herbal and nutritional supplements to aid in the healing process

-Affirmations to speed the healing process for specific areas of the back

* Illustrated Kundalini Yoga exercise series for a healthy back

* Kundalini Yoga meditations and mantras to accelerate recovery

 

It very very accurate, at least as far as my back and childhood was like. Gives

one lots of sense testimony to work through. lol (using yoga and EFT tapping)

 

It is a very good book to have and for refereance.
