The Toronto Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association would like to invite the 3HO

family to attend the Level 2 teacher training program Vitality & Stress in

Toronto this Fall.

 

EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THIS FRIDAY.

 

Please join us for a truly transformative and uplifting experience. Dr.

Gurucharan Singh (KRI director of training), accompanied by Dr. Krishna Kaur,

will facilitate this 6 day intensive over two consecutive weekends, Saturday

November 7 - Monday November 9, and Friday November 13 - Sunday November 15.

in ourselves and others, and develop tools to transform it and balance it with

conscious relaxation. This course is a chance to look closely at how we react

to, cope with and master our stress, and strengthen our vitality. "
