Guest guest
Hello again, I am wondering if anyone knows if YB has a lecture or if there is more information on what the benefits, etc of gan pattee are. I found one link that just mentions it's connection to Ganesha but I would like some more info on this kriya. I tried the KY kriya library but didn't see anything Thanks Paula

Guest guest
Sat Nam Paula, If I'm not mistaken, Nirvair Singh's DVD entitled " Grace and Prosperity with Kundalini Yoga " IS Ganapati Kriya. So, if I'm correct, this kriya would add grace and prosperity, but I would also add that since it has a connection with Ganesh, the Hindu god known as the remover of obstacles, it would undoubtedly bring that type of energy into your life. Blessings, Nadh Singh Kundalini-Yoga , Paula Lucidi <plucidi wrote: > > Hello again, > > I am wondering if anyone knows if YB has a lecture or if there is more > information on what the benefits, etc of gan pattee are. Guest guest
Hello all,I am wondering if working with the gan pattee is considered meditation? I mean, I would think 'true' meditation is sitting in silence but with GP, you are quite active.ThanksPaula
