Guest guest
Sat Nam I live in Tujunga..one of the areas evacuated during the Station Fire in SoCal. Many people in these foothill communities (including myself) have reported flu-like symptoms, allergies, trouble breathing, animals getting ill (resp problems). Fire season here has just begun. There was ash on my windshield yesterday. And we continue to have triple digit temperatures! What can the community recommend for staying healthy, supporting immune and respiratory systems? What are best sets to do?? I would be happy to share these with my community(where I live. But then all of SoCal and beyond is being affected by these fires! Thank you and pray for things to cool down and calm down in our part of the world. Blessings Lee/Wahe Guru kaur in Tujunga, CA
