Mul Mantra Meditation & Bhangra Music

I am looking for

(1) Any KY meditation that uses the Mul Mantra, either chanted or listened to for all or a portion of the meditation, and

(2) Your recommendations for Bhangara music to play during the "Dance!" portion of certain kriyas. OR just great Bhangara music that you like to listen to. :-)

I use The Rough Guide to Bhangra for my classes, and it never fails to get

people moving. You can buy it from Amazon.

Spirit Voyage also has some bhangra compilations, but I haven't heard them so I

can't comment.
