Guest guest
Sat Nam Dear Knowledgeable Ones, In the event of peak solar flares possibly wiping out all electrical grids on earth, including the internet, notwithstanding the same through war, civil unrest or government lockdown I have decided to make some preparations with regard to kundalini yoga. Obviously I hope this never happens, but it struck me today that if things were to suddenly just go local, I have little physical backup, I am worryingly dependant on electronic media. Here is my question: Are the bulk of the KY meditations in the student guides, are they freely available (even to buy), please direct me specifically to books and texts I should have here. This way I could remember and learn more, and if things went back a few hundred years, I or the world, would have one more chance of access to this precious technology/gift. In Sincerity, Sukhnivas S.
Guest guest
Sat Nam. Sounds like what you want is Survival Kit by Yogi Bhajan. Also, if you go to Guru Dev Singh's website and poke around, there's a series of written meditations called " In These Times of Crisis " . Vibrating more positively also helps. As Kundalini Yogis it's one of our challenges to offset the negative winds of change with our own brand of leadership, compassion, Saintliness, and positive intentions. Every shadow is an opportunity to transmute fear of the unknown into excitement, blessings and Cherdi Kala! Fateh
Guest guest
Hi, Pink Lotus has put the survival info on line at I don't know why they leave spaces in their url, it reads http://www.pinklotus.org/ Kundalini Yoga meditations.htm and my computer writes it: http://www.pinklotus.org/-%20Kundalini%20Yoga%20meditations.htm Just print them out and I think you will have the entire manual.
