Guest guest
Sat Nam Dear Universe, What I am trying to say. I want to understand KY. Why does the OCD breath 8 (source 'kundalini yoga meditation for mad people' David Shannahoff Khalsa (God Knows) work on OCD whatever that is. If you were to build a vault, like the Americans do, what books and UNDERSTANDING would you put in the vault? (re.KY) Look guys if TSHTF I want that stuff here (KY) hard copy. Is there no other way except becoming a KY teacher (which I am obviously not fit enough, geopolitic financial ego keep up whatever............) I do a bit it helps, help the vault project. Guest guest
Sat Nam Shuknivas. Smile. Be positive. Remain centered. Focus on the gift of the future. Part of the KY principle is to vibrate positivity, and the cosmos vibrates it back. If the SHTF, then where you are is right where you will be, and whatever happens is what happens. What a blessing. As we are transitioning from the Piscean age (information) to the Aquarian age (compassion), we will render through the cobwebs of history. Breathe and go beyond relying on what information we can accumulate, and instead cultivate the compassion we can share. You can own all the manuals and books, or none, but developing the experience and the heart to share it resonates into infinity. So yes, do keep up, and yes, do your sadhana each day, and allow the question of the future to shed like old skin - there is no future in reality, there's just now, and what was. Turn off your TV and limit your time on the internet. Be in the present in your meditations, and meditate on each breath with reverence and love for the Guru. I certainly recommend Teacher Training, as to have the guidance of a teacher is the best gift for the soul, mind and body. In lieu of that, tune in and the rest shall be taken care of. Allow the one who rotates the earth to take care of you. Patience pays. Patience pays. Patience pays. Yours in Wahe Guru, Fateh
