Sat Nam Terry,Pick a theme you enjoy and want to go deeper into, and go through the texts you're working with, find 6 hours' worth of set(s), mantra and meditation that directly address or support that theme. Examples: for a workshop for a healthy back, you might find a good solid warmup with lots of spinal flexes, then a pranayam, then maybe a more challenging set featuring plow, shoulder stand etc. to deepen the students' experience, then follow that with a good gong layout and a mantra and/or meditation to help work with stress.
