Guest guest
Satnam, My husband recently had his medical examination and we found that he has high level of Triglycerides in his blood. That could be the reason of his high blood pressure.Doctor has recommended few more medical tests related to liver. I'm looking for some advice/suggestions on food/life sytle, foods to avoid to reduce the levels of Triglycerides and lower blood pressure. Doctor has also adviced him not to do running exercise for the time being. I will motivate him to join me for Kundalini yoga for sure.
