As I write the sun is shining in the UK but the chill of winter is in the air,

perhaps some of you might be wondering how to arrange a little winter sun in the

coming months. Guru Dharam is currently teaching the final Kundalini Therapy

Training module of the year in the Netherlands but the first module of next year

will be an " open to all " introductory retreat in Andalucia, Spain 1-7 February

What is it about 23rd October 2009? We have three events starting that day:

 

Our Level 1 course begins in Varberg, Sweden 23-25 October with an " open to all "

retreat weekend facilitated by Darryl - there are still a few places left.

Shiv Charan Singh will open the joint SKY/Karam Kriya KRI Level 2 VITALITY &

Stress module at Ufton Court in the U.K. 23-29 October - Darryl will facilitate

the second half of the course - and there are still places available for this

Our UK Level 1 course at Ufton Court is now very full and we are unlikely to be

able to welcome past students back on any of the course weekends. We know how

important it can be to re-immerse yourself in the group dynamic of an aquarian

community - and we do like to see you too - so from 23rd October we are

welcoming past students back to Ufton Court http://uftoncourt.co.uk during the

Level 2 module for an inexpensive yoga retreat. Retreatees will share sadhana,

meals and social time with the Level 2 participants and will help with the usual

cooking and other chores but, as there will not be a scheduled retreat program,

the cost will be only £35 for one day, £65 for two and £75 for three, four, five

or six days including food and accommodation. Just to be clear - that means that

even if staying for 6 days you would only pay £75. Please enquire as early as

possible as places will be subject to the number of people doing the Level 2

module. We hope you will support this initiative and that late October will

become a time of reunion and reconnection for past students and current teachers

in the U.K..

Also upcoming in London will be the second of our SKYdays (affordable and fun)

this one hosted by Mer Azad in West London on Sunday 15th November, facilitated

by Amir and themed for Happiness

Mer Azad will also be hosting our SKYevenings at Alchemy in London; the first of

which will be Guru Dharam's SKY Christmas Party on Friday December 18th.

SKYevenings will feature a themed class by a SKY instructor, followed by music

or kirtan by a SKY musician; those booking both sessions, at regular prices,

will receive a £5 voucher to spend in between on supper in the Alchemy cafe.

And finally we are often impressed by the originality and endeavour of our past
