Guest guest
Sat Nam, Paul -- Thank you for expressing in such pure and concentrated form what is the essence of " Negative Male Ego. " It's true, you've done a beautiful job of that. This point of view is a cosmic constituent of reality which is archetypally understood when you have Sa, Ta and Na WITHOUT the " Ma. " Sa-Ta-Na (like Lucifer - ie., " Light " ) is an archetype which suffers in the NA (Death state) until it is released to the MA for renewed life, another inspiration, or another incarnation. It's so wonderful that you've found a way to speak from what is normally the oppressing isolation of being in the " Na state. " In other words, in plain language, you're talking like a man who is already Dead. It is not threatening to me to talk with a dead person, but to talk with a dead person who has no anticipation of the MA which always follows death, this is unique. The form of death your expressing is without any hope. And that is the cause of your pain. The archetype your invoking and playing with is quite simply (without fear or superstition) the essence of a fatal satanic state. If you want to prove that for yourself, it is an available option. The pain of regret on that path is unbearable. Your choice. I lived in such a state for months in 1967, early 1968 (age 23) where I perceived with all the intensity you're describing. But for me it was from the hopeless outlook of " No LOVE " - not the kind of hatred you are describing. You're different in that respect, but underlying you know the pain of NO LOVE. That is your trigger, the macho bravado you're expressing is like a superficial pity party. I hope that you don't believe that you're the world champion of hopelessness, because you aren't. There are many who are more hopeless than you, who are also more courageous than you, more generous than you, more kind than you, who do not project their own bitter nihilism onto others. You are praying to increase the suffering of others, which is a karma of spiritual ego. There's no cure for it. You'll be stuck there if you die in that state, because you're kicking away the only ladder that a hopeless person can have, which is the MA force of the universe who's been nurturing you with every new breath, in what is perhaps a hopeless attempt to replace your hatred with Love. But the lock on the door of your heart is on the inside. You don't HAVE to allow it in, but then you're stuck breathing your own brain farts forever. If this is your choice, then you are the author of your own tragedy. In reality, from the outside, your scenario looks like comedy - pointless, silly, self-imposed, self-chosen in the stubborness of holding your breath until you turn blue and pass out. But HEY, then the MA overrides your will and your comatose intelligence, and you begin to breath again, (breath = spirit, is the basis of inspiration. All your 100 Trillion Cells rebel against your ego, authoritarian negative will and ego, because THEY want to live even though your ego in its misery does not. Drink your own urine, do whatever you want. It's all within you. But the state you're invoking is a hell realm, and it is one option. But as soon as you've arrived, you'll want to be somewhere else where your suffering will end. As I contemplated ending my own life (for months in 1967-68) as I experienced a kind of cosmic suffering beyond what I would have regarded as a pity party, I eventually realized that IF I were to sever my one connection with all the seemingly impossible possibilities by destroying my bodily life, it seemed clear that IF the pain and suffering didn't stop with the cessation of bodily life, then the DISEMBODIED REALITY OF SUFFERING MIGHT NOT EVER END, which would have been the ultimate failure to end suffering. AND SO, I rejected the " take my own life " scenario as a hopeless illusion and forcefully expressed an alternative path, which I have taken, " Saying 'F*** it then, I'll Live! " - and from there vowed to FIND some way to restore wholeness, vitality, intelligence, skill, balance and GRACE to my life, and sincerely called on the power of Love in the universe to allow it to be so. The next 2 years were like living in purgatory, walking a mail route as a hippie mailman in St. Louis MO, until ALL the factors necessary had manifested that allowed me, and led me to be guided to relocate to New Mexico, and to Santa Fe NM, where I was quite miraculously guided to the First Living, House of Guru Ram Das that ever existed in North America (Maharaj Ashram in Santa Fe), that had ONLY been established a few weeks before that by Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan ji, after Summer Solstice 1969. After that first yoga class, sitting in Dawson Hayward's airestream mobile home, I saw the Tratakam Meditation Picture on the wall, and the Universe itself Clicked a smile and I recognized the answer to every prayer I had ever made. It's not clear that you have the courage to face your own lying self-talk. I walked up to the doorway where your self talk is taking you, looked across the threshold, and said, " Not for me. This is the path of self-hatred, arrogance, and the misfortune of Fools. " If that is your choice, perhaps in some future aeon you'll meet a compassionate Bodhisattva there who incarnated out of deep compassion, to assist you in your healing, if that is what it will take to make you want to heal rather than destroy the lives of others and yours. So, one way or the other, by hook or by crook, Sat Nam, Paul. And, Adios. Human Life is precious and easily destroyed and very difficult to regain if you abuse it. Use it well or lose it for an unbearably long time. Stay in touch when you can. Guest guest
Okay I will leave this list, and leave you to your peace. One thing I would say though is only greatyoga and sujan have any compassion. The rest who posted, especially sevaplace repulsed me. Sevaplace you are everything that is bad about spirituality. You condemn me to hell but you don't know me, my God I have assisted people in a far worse state than me, who are far less redeeming, and never thought like that! It is funny if you stir the pot just a little what comes out! What came out there were people who would tear you limb to limb in any confrontation, far worse than the worst kind of person who would just swear at you. Wow! WaheyGuru. Sujan and greatyoga display their lovely essence, sujan especially has more vision and heart than most of you bullies. I am glad I lost it a bit to see really what is underlying here, me and God have a great understanding, he is a funny bloke with a great sense of humour and he loves me to bits even though I am totally messed up! Thanks for giving a severely mentally ill man such as myself such love sevaplace, your works will go down in history, wow I am glad I am me, not you! Guest guest
I had the swine flu all last week, then a chest infection, I couldnt do the KY and get so down and then crazy. I also reduced my meds, which was okay if I can do the KY, I need to get strong again. The reason I would want to leave the list is because I dont want to be like this, other people need to use this list also, and it is a serious thing, I reckon I must be really crazy or stupid, or something. I dont want pity and I hate self-pity, I think the internet also fosters strange behaviour in me, I'm not really like this one to one, most people really like me and find me kind. However I do think some of these things like the dollar crash etc. could happen and it kind of freaks me out, like living in two worlds. I dont really have problems with Guru's or money or anything really. I have always been a bit crazy, I was in psychiatric hospital at age 11, and got my illness at age 5 so. Kundalini yoga really helps, it is my only hope, it is just that swine flu and stuff. Sorry, but I dont want to say sorry anymore, I don't want to do it, it hurts me the most, so maybe I will post to Kiran and other people I have contact with if I have questions. Sorry seva and the other I forgot your name, Paul (when I stop smoking dope it drives me crazy and it never seems to go away even after months and months, somehow though I will have to get through all this and will because I am a fighter) XXX Kundalini-Yoga , " Kirantana " <kirantana wrote: > > Paul..... steel up man...hang in there.....stay with us. Guest guest
Paul...you just be yourself...and I'll be myself. I was considered an over the top eccentric person in my early days of 3HO...so i can relate. Been fighting the flu and chest thing myself. I do 10,000 mgs of C complex and Echinacea/Golden Seal...like 4 times what it says on the bottle...it always keeps me just ahead of the funk. It's great that the kundalini helps you so much. Get back on your feet and get back to work. Yogiji used to say the most important mantra for the Aquarian Age was KEEP UP......Gaaaawd he must have said it a million times. I'm sure you have a lot to give to this room...in unexpected ways. So I think you should continue to post openly In Peace K Kundalini-Yoga , " beautiful22 " <22taro wrote: > > I had the swine flu all last week, then a chest infection, I couldnt do the KY and get so down and then crazy. Guest guest
Sat Nam Paul I would like you to stay with us. We all have our faults. It is a journey. Stay on the path. Sure there are pitfalls on the path such as what what you may have experienced on this site or things you experienced elsewhere. I recently read an article concerning a great current football coach. He said he makes the grand plan and then sticks to it no matter what. So far he has won 90% of the games he as coached. YB said the same thing in different words. " Keep up " . It is funny if you stir the pot just a little what comes out! My question is: " Are you referring to a cooking vessel or to a substance that goes up in smoke? " )) GuruBandhu Kundalini-Yoga , " beautiful22 " <22taro wrote: > > Okay I will leave this list, and leave you to your peace. > One thing I would say though is only greatyoga and sujan have any compassion. Guest guest
Sat Nam Paul, Please take a moment and get this book: The Four Agreements. I picked it up at a store because it drew me, and it caused me to think of you. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Four-Agreements-Practical-Personal-Freedom/dp/1878424319\ /ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8 & s=books & qid=1255698883 & sr=8-1 (Hooked up the UK Amazon link for you) I hope I'm not imposing, but I believe where you are at, some of the wisdom in here may benefit you. It's a different modality than Kundalini, which I believe would also be a benefit, but it's still spiritual (but not religious)... It's self-described as a 'life guide', with a simple 4-step guide [to happiness] with a focus on being mindful of the words we speak and the concepts we carry around with us. Things always look darkest just before the dawn... Without which we would not have any idea of light. I think you are right where you need to be. Check it out. With kind regards, Fateh Singh Peace & love.
