Guest guest
There seems to be a lot of confusion about this issue. God or no God. Yogji always talked of God...yet many times I heard him say there is no God " if you want to find God look under " G " in the dictionary " he would say. This is how I reconcile this issue. In the Unitive experience there is no God... and no You to say " I am having this experience " ...it is just bare Existence. But we live in a world where people " talk " about God. And that talk has meaning to them. In their place in evolution that may be all they can handle right now, and very necessary leading to the Unitive Experience. But I will share a very beautiful piece of scripture that came for the Kalachakra Tantra teachings. It is talking about after you have your 'realizations' under your belt and you go out to teach. It says " when you teach...you teach in a way that is palatable to those you are teaching. " Limitation...when " consciously chosen " is an act of Compassion. " And that is what a teacher is all about. You don't go lay your 'stuff' on people I taught all over the world for many years, and now have retired, but ended up a chaplain for an infamous Mississippi motorcycle gang. I'm around many born again Baptist here, some avowed atheist, and others who never think about any of this but who are very enlightened and giving beings. I have learned from all of them. But when I talk to people who are into " God " ...I converse in their language and symbols. When I talk to people of more Zen like nature...we speak in that way. There is no problem. I think so called " spiritual " groups can learn something big from the bike clubs. We put our friendships before all politics and religion. The words can divide...but we never let anything get in the way of our friendships.........I like this path In Peace Kirantana
