So much of what I read on these posts is solved by a good deep daily sadhana.

Aquarian chants for an hour, in something close to the Amrit Vela, has turned my

world from frequent nagging worry to glimpses of real eternal bliss. Judgment

goes away, and the need for crutches like alcohol or pot went years ago. My

Kundalini Practice has produced a clarity that is so precious, I don't want to

mess it us by doing things that cloud it. Intuition is blocked by those crutches

and you usually can't see it till you give it up. Have faith
