Guest guest
Sat Nam, I was thrilled when I learned that Kripalu would be hosting this Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. I heard about it when I was at Kripalu last spring taking Hari Kaur's week-long workshop on Women's Moon Centers. The week was amazing! I took advantage of their wellness services, whirlpool, beautiful grounds, fabulous food, etc. It's a fantastic place to study, learn and grow. I will be there assisting Lead trainers Hari and Hari Kirin for this level I training. I look forward to meeting a new group of teachers. If you have any questions about Kripalu or the program, please don't hesitate to contact me.
