Guest guest
Unless the set or meditation calls for a specific mantra it's ok to use whatever 3HO music you feel is appropriate. If the instructions are to chant a particular mantra then look online (Sikhnet, KRI, 3HO) for the music. Otherwise if it is for a relaxation or interlude then any 3HO music will do. Guest guest
Sat Nam All,I know I was presently surprised when a friend introduced me to Bhai Avtar Singh's cache of recordings online. There is a version of 'Wahe Guru Wahe Jio' that he recorded with Gurucharan Singh, and it has a part in the middle where they sing "Toohee, Toohee." I realized this is the version that is referred to in one of the sets in the original "Kundalini Yoga for Youth and Joy." The instructions are kind of cryptic unless you know of this version. Blessings, and good night.Have a safe and happy Halloween,Premdev Kaur
