Guest guest
Yeah, that's quite similar to Second Life or what I like to call " Avoiding the Reality of Life " lolPaulaOn 11/5/09, MyraL <myralorey wrote: Hi, This looks like so much FUN! Guest guest
I'll stick to 'Call of Duty' on the x-box 360, but thanks anyway (wink) Paul Kundalini-Yoga , Paula Lucidi <plucidi wrote: > > Yeah, that's quite similar to Second Life or what I like to call " Avoiding > the Reality of Life " > lol > > Paula > > On 11/5/09, MyraL <myralorey wrote: > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > This looks like so much FUN! > > > > You can let your inner child out! > > > > > > http://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_landing.php?p=ms3 & source=fox & medium=cpa & c=grey2 & \ campaign=Age18-24 & content=similator_160x600_b_50k > > > > unfortunately you have to have a PC, > > > > Sat Nam > > Sat Avtar Kaur > > www.kundaliniyogainfocntr.com/ > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Sat Avatar...its more than just fun...it can be quite creative, lucrative and spiritual. The original 3D world was " Active Worlds " ...in its heyday it was an amazing place to meet people all over the planet. People built theme worlds, forest, amazing temples. Connections were made all over the planet. There were funerals, engagements and weddings. I met a woman all the way across the country...we ended up publishing a book together and are still best friends to this day. Another friend in Florida married a great man from Sweden, they have accomplished many good things together. AW is still around but it has had its day...not many people any more. Second Life is now the biggest because it can also be used with Mac. SL is a huge community. Perhaps people in here are not using their imaginations to the fullest. One could build Yoga temples in their world, market their classes world wide... have live events and meditations. It is populated by many businesses...even embassies from different countries have virtual embassies in this place. They say that the top entrepreneurs make 1 million a year selling their goods. Since much of the post in this room are people advertising their classes or CD's.....this could open up world wide markets. They even have virtual concert centers and nightclubs where you can play the music. This whole talk room could be moved into a 3D world...it would be much more fun............This is how the Universe expands itself...connections...extravagant fun and ideas...making friends...creating something with someone across the world you have never known before............... Guest guest
there's a dark side to these as well. I saw a tv program about how some people got so addicted to them, that they cheated on their spouses or neglected their children. mind you it's like everything else in life. some people do use it for fun while others use it to escape the pain of their life. I personally think it's a waste of time as I enjoy socialing with people in real life (although I do participate in online forums, nothing beats human interaction) Paula On Fri, Nov 6, 2009 at 12:53 PM, Kirantana <kirantana wrote: Sat Avatar...its more than just fun...it can be quite creative, lucrative and spiritual. Guest guest
Paula...sure anything has a dark side...including kundalini yoga...and yes I prefer real human contact, but I would never have made friends across the country or stayed in touch with friends in Bosnia without the net...and it was just more fun talking in different virtual settings.......I mean that is where we are heading...to live in the imagination ...in the arms of the Goddess. The net is just a fore-runner of complete telepathic communication and freedom of the imagination........... There are some good topics...... the dark side of kundalini.....and what are peoples ideas of Heaven...or Nirvana....Freedom.... And Sat Avatar...I did let my inner child out.....he went out and bought a Harley...:-)) K
Guest guest
Sat Nam, WOW! That would really be fun, get off of these emails and do something. What a way to reach people! I love it. I am looking at it, the program, just looking. Why doesn't someone (the universal someone) start it? Kundalini Yoga's 2nd Life. I bet Yogi Bhajan would do it? I think I'd have to have 3 different Avtars. lol Regards, Sat Avtar
