Guest guest
Totally. And they've shown the microcellular changes in experiments, and they've shown the increased stress levels in people who consume microwaved foods. The microwave company got a gag order for the study done in Switzerland on it. - Nina Kundalini-Yoga [Kundalini-Yoga ] On Behalf Of MyraL Thursday, November 19, 2009 11:06 AM Kundalini-Yoga Does nuking food? Guest guest
Well, the jury's still out actually on this one... here's an article published by Health Canada that addresses your concern: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hl-vs/iyh-vsv/prod/micro-f-a-eng.php My own intuition, however, tells me that it's best to heat up foods using a conventional oven. I bought a small toaster oven recently to cook and reheat foods instead of a microwave oven, and the small toaster oven uses less energy than my regular size oven.
