Totally. And they've shown the microcellular changes in experiments, and

they've shown the increased stress levels in people who consume microwaved

foods. The microwave company got a gag order for the study done in

Switzerland on it.

Does nuking food?

Hi,

Does nuking food in the microwave change the energetic balance so that the

food is no longer good for a person to eat?

Well, the jury's still out actually on this one... here's an article published

by Health Canada that addresses your concern:

My own intuition, however, tells me that it's best to heat up foods using a

conventional oven. I bought a small toaster oven recently to cook and reheat

foods instead of a microwave oven, and the small toaster oven uses less energy

than my regular size oven.
