If you were only going to get down to Winter Solstice to do one day of White

Tantric Yoga, what day would you choose and why?

It's really hard to say... I generally like the medium to longer days and I find

the 3rd day is generally the shortest especially if there is the healing walk.

 

I often like the second day the best as I find the first day centers the group,

the second takes people into the most meditative place and the third day

releases and clears the energy and everyone celebrates. If I skip day 2 and do

only day 3, I kind of feel like I got to the party late.

 

Other people could have a completely different experience though. If you have

never done the walk before also, it is really nice especially at winter

solstice. There is no guarantee that there will be the walk though.
