Guest guest
This is an interesting article in the NYT. This fellow has had cerebal palsy all his life. He worked with a physical therapist and now he is dancing in a production. What caught my eye is that one of the exercises he did was some sort of shaking for 15-20 min. a day. YB used to say that we should shake now so we do not shake when we get old. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/25/arts/dance/25palsy.html?pagewanted=2 & _r=1 & th & e\ mc=th GuruBandhu
Guest guest
There's also a bunch of Kriyas with intense shaking (and " going wild " ) in them. Shaking and deep-tissue massage is also part of the program of work in Yogic Neuromuscular Therapy work as developed by Dyal Singh. And I'm pretty sure he has worked and 'cured' people with these conditions using his Therapy work as well. So, yes, affirmative.... There's a history of this work and cures in our style already.
