Guest guest
Sat Nam, Could someone bring some light on the subject of " Kundalini Syndrome " , once a person has been diagnosed with Kundalini Syndrome what is the general protocol in reference to the action that they need to take in order to correct the mind, body, spirit. Is there a particular Kriya, Mantra or lifestyle approach that is used in Kundalini Yoga to help with this problem? The Second question, Is it possible to maintain a positive energy field without being affected by the negative energies that are surrounding us? Thank you, Laz
Guest guest
Sat Nam Laz, Not sure about this syndrome you speak of, except to say that perhaps it occurs in other forms of kundalini that were neither monitored properly, nor given to us by Yogi Bhajan. Yogi Bhajan's teachings are comprehensive and safe (not to mention extremely beneficial) when practiced as taught -- with the proper protocols, guidance and intention. A great description of Kundalini Energy I heard during this past Summer Solstice from Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Director of the Kundalini Research Institute, was simply framed as: 'raising your kundalini' means tapping into your own infinite creative potential. As far as the other request about positive energy, this occurs naturally when you come into a good balance with your chakras and 10 bodies, and properly raise your kundalini energy. The Aura is specifically the other missing link here, it seems, from your question. Something unique that Yogi Bhajan taught was that we have 8 major chakras, with the 8th namely being your Aura/Electromagnetic Field, which acts to unite and harmonize the energies of all the other chakras into a positive shield (or filter) from negativity. It is a field of compassion and a energetic means of connection to the universal divine forces all around us. Once you connect to the infinite (inside and outside of you)... Well, you cannot help but be positive! It also wouldn't hurt to work on the naval point - the 3rd chakra and positive mind body - and throw some positive affirmations in there 3 times per day (on wake-up, post meditation, and just before sleep). Hope that helps clarify a bit... Fateh Singh

Guest guest
Sat Nam Guru Badhu . If I may use the term Post Kundalini Syndrome interchangeably with Kundalini Syndrome. When Kundalini energy starts to flow abundantly in a person who has not developed or maintained a clean energy system, then it can cause certain physical, emotional and mental problems. The common physical effects are overheating, discomfort, exhaustion or hyperactivity. On an emotional level it includes negative side effects, such as: hightened temper, depression or manic states. Mental problems might be lack of concentration or oversensitivity to surroundings. These issues arise because the student has not prepared the physical body to handle the intense flow of energy. Can you please review this particular issue in light of Kundalini Yoga more specifically addressing how one can re-balance the mind, body an spirit from all most of the symprtoms above mentioned. Thank you.
