Guest guest
Hi,I'm interested in using " Aap Sahaee Hoa " in a meditation. Could someone suggest a meditation with that mantra?I've been listening to Guru Singh's Naad Mantra CD and that mantra is resonating with me. -- Peace,Vincent, The DC Health Coach, HHC, AADP " The Universe rewards action. Guest guest
There's this meditation, suggested practice is 62 min for 90 days for the full effect. I just started it last week! http://yogamusic.wordpress.com/2008/06/05/aap-sahaee-hoa-meditation-to-command-y\ our-5-tattvas/ Also, I came across a prosperity meditation once using this mantra, just chanting it with the hands over the heart for 11 minutes. http://www.spiritvoyage.com/blog/index.php/2008/12/11/meditation-for-prosperity-\ aap-sahai-hoa-sachay-daa-sachaa-doa-har-har-har/ I love this mantra too! Guest guest
Sat Nam Vincent, There's a beautiful one in the Yoga Gems collections that I've done with my Sat Nam Rasayan practice group... However, I don't know which CD it's from. Maybe you could request that information from Guru Prem Kaur Khalsa. Guest guest
Mantra Meditation on "AAP SAHAA-EE HO-AH........."When Yogi Bhajan gave this meditation to us in Los Angelesin the 1980's it was for court cases and protection. We sang thisin a group of minimum 5 people. No mudra required, although "GIAN MUDRA"is always a hand position one can assume. We would sing it for 31 minutesor sometimes, we would sing for 11 repetitions of the entire shabd. It is a great technology also to sing the entire shabd and to know the meaningof the flow of the words that Guru was imparting to us all as guidance and supportfor our lives.I recorded the full shabd with the "HAR HAR HAR" at the repeating line on SHABD #2 CD.It is good for deaddiction as well. God bless you in your immersion into the NAAD. I ever sing God's praise and speak God's Nam and by Guru's instruction I enjoy the love of God. www.satkirin.com
Guest guest
Sat Kirin, You mentioned that this mantra is from a larger shabd? Can you share that as well? Is it listed in the SSGS anywhere? Thanks, Kehar Kaur Kundalini-Yoga , Satkirin Khalsa <satkirin wrote: > > Mantra Meditation on " AAP SAHAA-EE HO-AH.........
