Sat Nam

Dear List,

I have tried to search for this in the list but Sat and Kriya bring up hundreds

of unrelated posts.

 

I thought I would try this Kriya but find many different instructions on the

web. For example some say pull in navel others navel, sex organs and anus.

Some say on nam release energy through third eye, others through crown chakra.

Again some say look at third eye point with eyes closed, others look at nose

with eyes one tenth closed.

Some say chant Sat Nam out loud, others say do it silently.

How to end also seems to have different instructions.

 

I expect the list has been through this hundreds of times, but any guidance

greatly appreciated.
