Just a few thoughts...Good and Bad (if we choose to look at it that way or label it) is always there. Any type of Sadhana will allow the Self to go through it more easily. So the idea of strengthening the Aura will help. Some will pull more negativity to themselves through negative thinking, certain actions-Karmas, or having a weak pranic body. You say your mom finds it all so tiring so perhaps BOF can stimulate the prana, build the navel center and create tejas and ojas. Health, Diet, and the state of the Mind can all be addressed. As the energy of all systems begin to vibrate at a higher level, negativity is vibrated out of the energy field that surrounds the body. Meditation can be very powerful for pulling positivity to us, clearing and vibrating the path, and assisting greatly during this planetary age. Practicing gentle Pranayama such as left nostril breathing or LDB will clear and calm the mind and create a gentleness. Service to others is a wonderful way to be uplifted. As Yogiji says If you uplift others make no mistake god will uplift you. Maybe something in this e-mail will sound true.
