Guest guest
Sat Nam! In the manual Reaching me in me, there is a version (there might be others) of Hast kriya, from earth to heaven, where is using the Indian Version # 2 of Sat nam wahe guru, but it is not mentioned if you are supposed to sing along or not. In other version I have practiced it was sung, and therefore my confusion. I tried it today in my yoga class, and it was much more efficient when sang, otherwise it is harder to follow with a breath rhythm. Thanks in advance for your comments on that! blessings, Sukhdev
