If you want to learn about something, read about it.

If you want to understand something, write about it.

If you want to master something, teach it.

-Yogi Bhajan

Master yourself and awaken your potential using the science of Kundalini Yoga as

taught by Yogi Bhajan. This Teacher Training Program will take you on a journey

of self-development and mastery to generate profound and lasting change. It is

designed for everyone-- whether you would like to become a certified teacher,

deepen your experience of Kundalini Yoga or expand your consciousness. Using

these ancient, yet timely teachings you will move beyond subconscious

limitations and gain a more authentic sense of your life's purpose and meaning.

For eight weekends over seven months, you will immerse your Self in all aspects

of the body, mind and spirit. The comprehensive skills you learn throughout the

course will enhance your career, relationships and overall well-being and

increase the quality of your life. This is a rare opportunity to explore, grow,

heal and thrive under the guidance of teachers who studied directly under Yogi

Bhajan and are dedicated to maintaining the purity of his message, " Happiness is

your birthright. "

The Aquarian Teacher Training program is the KRI Level I Certification Program

in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This allows you to become an

instructor and gain a deep, experiential understanding of the core science of

Kundalini yoga. The 220-hour Course Curriculum includes:

• Meditation and the Mind

• Postures, Kriyas and Mantras

• Science of Breath and Sound

• Yogic and Western Anatomy

• The Origins of Kundalini Yoga

• Yogic Lifestyle, Diet and Nutrition

• The History and Evolution of Yoga

• Sadhana: Developing a daily Spiritual Practice

• Code of Ethics of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher

• Yogic Philosophy, Psychology and Physiology

• The Role and Identity of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher

• Teaching and building a Profession

• Practicum and Written Exam

KRI Level I International Teachers Training course fulfills the Yoga Alliance's

220 hour national standard for a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). With your KRI

certification, you can apply for and receive a Yoga Alliance Certification.

The Level 1 Aquarian Teacher Training Program is open to students of Kundalini

Yoga, students or teachers from other schools of yoga, and anyone seeking to

deepen their yogic experience. The clarity and joy you can gain by relating to

others through your authentic self cannot be achieved by reading and lectures

alone. It is through your interaction with the teachings and the group energy

field that you bestow upon yourself (and all those you touch) a timeless and

most precious gift: the radiant life you have always wanted to live.
