Grateful to share this 10 minute video with you about Kundalini Yoga and the universal healing power of the Shabad Guru. It's from a class we held in Crestone, Colorado on Japji Sahib back in 2006. Hope you enjoy it. With Divine Light. Yours humbly, Ek Ong Kaar Kaur

Guest guest
Sat Nam and blessings, Paula. Gurbani means in the frequency and vibration of the teacher. Japji Sahib, which we start the Aquarian Sadhana with, was written by Guru Nanak and it is considered " gurbani. " He wrote it when he was in a high state of consciousness as a guru, as a teacher, and so the frequency of the song matches that state. Guru Nanak and many of his successors, like Guru Ram Das, wrote spiritual songs in this high vibration known as " Gurbani. " Hope this helps answer your question. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much. With Divine Light.
