KRI Level 2 Conscious Communication at Yoga West

 

Every level 2 module offers an opportunity to experience a powerful

transformative interaction with uplifting individuals through kundalini yoga.

This particular module addresses our projection and effectiveness; exploring the

basic concepts behind conscious communication through discussions, interactive

exercises and reading. We will practice meditations and exercises to increase

our sensitivity and we will engage in constructive self-examination. It will be

intense, it will be challenging and it will certainly be rewarding.

• Meditative and Intuitive Speaking

• The Art of Deep Listening: Sunni-ai

• Applied Consciousness and Mastery of the Fifth Chakra

• Shadow and Light: Letting Your Presence Speak

• Communicating with the Infinite – Prayer, Grace and the Flow of Spirit
