Guest guest Posted January 21, 2010 Report Share Posted January 21, 2010 Last year I suffered a great loss and have been feeling really very angry but Im not sure how to stop these angry feelings, I suppose its important to experience them and work on them in a healthy way and other then running I suppose Im not sure how to stop the angry feelings and sometimes even around my daughter, whom deserves more patience from mom, bless her little heart.
