Anger Advice

Last year I suffered a great loss and have been feeling really very angry but Im

not sure how to stop these angry feelings, I suppose its important to experience

them and work on them in a healthy way and other then running I suppose Im not

sure how to stop the angry feelings and sometimes even around my daughter, whom

deserves more patience from mom, bless her little heart. If anyone has any

suggestions, for meditations, exercises, kriyas, I would appreciate any advice.
