We specialize in first timers to India; you will be well taken care of.

 

This intimate journey begins in Delhi where we will take a big air conditioned

coach together to the mountains of Rishi Kesh.

 

 

In Rishi Kesh, we will relax and meditate to the sound of the pure rushing Ganga

as it descends from the Himalayas. Here it is pristine and invites you to take

a refreshing dip.

 

 

Next stop is the core of this journey, Level 2 Mind and Meditation training will

be held in historic Anandpur Sahib Yogi Bhajan built a home and a retreat center

there where we can come to enjoy the rural farmland scenic backdrop as we deepen

our practice. We will have time to relax and enjoy the sacred sites in the

area.

 

 

Now on to Amritsar to enjoy the fruit of our meditative work. You will feel the

frequency of the Guru as the mantras envelope you at the Golden Temple. You are

welcome to partake in seva at the Golden Temple such as washing the marble like

Yogiji did for years, make rotis in the kitchen, and serve food. One of the many

life altering experiences planned for you is the liberating sadhana of chanting

Japji and dipping on the 84 steps to the sacred well.
