Guest guest
Sat Nam! One of my students has very audible stomach growling sounds during simplest excersices involving moving the torso like camel ride and sufi gringding even those excersices are done very slowly (she also has same sounds during running and jumping). She does have any discomfort though and does not seems to have any stomach/intestine problems but she worries what it might mean. Does anyone has any ideas? Thank you in advance. Guest guest
Sat Nam Vichar Kaur! Sounds like gas to me! Check her diet. Could be indigestion or wrong eating, or simply eating or drinking too much before class, or drinking during class. I would recommend she fast one day a week to give the stomach a rest. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Yikes! - I wouldn't recommend someone to fast without understanding their medical and health background. However, I do agree this was probably caused by too much eating and especially drinking before or during class.
