Guest guest
Sat Nam, Guru Fatha Singh - I was at the Christmas lecture in Los Angeles in 1969. I've seen a transcript. That visit to Los Angeles over the " Christmas break of 1969 " when I was teaching at the University of New Mexico, changed my life forever. At the end of 10 days I spoke with Yogiji and said that I felt ready to begin teaching. He responded by saying, " Thank you. " I also agree with everything you've said. Where exactly did you publish the biography on-line? I must have missed your announcement, and I deeply value the depth, accuracy and the quality in which you write of Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan ji. I was not able to attend the Santa Cruz training because in 1972 I was busy earning 13 cents an hour while we created a brass bed factory that later produced millions in annual sales. I'd be happy to participate in developing the audio recordings into manuscripts. I agree that the Santa Cruz teachings, as a coherent encapsulation for teachers in those early days, would be a precious micro-synthesis for understanding on a much larger scale regarding the focus of his overall teachings. Blessings. Please let me know more. In chapter 44 of the biography I broadcast on-line last month, I included a few cogent excerpts from the transcripts of the course held in Santa Cruz early in 1972. Afterwards, I returned to those original notes and saw all the material I had left out. There was so much wisdom, so many teachings – too much for a brief, condensed life story where each chapter covers about 3 months. > > I feel we should not and cannot move onward until the full transcripts from the " Santa Cruz Intensive " are out there in the public domain where they belong. I would be most grateful if anyone would care to type a share – a few pages - of those transcripts into a digital format so that others can enjoy them in their entirety on-line. > > As far as I am concerned, we are all Directors of Spiritual Trust now.
