KRI Level 2 Conscious Communication at Yoga West Los Angeles

 

Every level 2 module offers an opportunity to experience a powerful

transformative interaction with uplifting individuals through kundalini yoga.

This particular module addresses our projection and effectiveness; exploring the

basic concepts behind conscious communication through discussions, interactive

exercises and reading. We will practice meditations and exercises to increase

our sensitivity and we will engage in constructive self-examination. It will be

intense, it will be challenging and it will certainly be rewarding.
