Guest guest
I'm mostly breatharian. I only eat when I get hungry, which is about 3-4 times per day. . . other than that, most of the day I subsist on pure prana. Guest guest
Sujan Singh, Ha, I was just teasing about being a breatharian. If you want to read up on people who claim to be breatharians, check out Jasmuheen (www.jasmuheen.com) and her book Food of the Gods. . . Also, visit solarhealing.com, for another perspective on breatharianism. There is a kundalini yoga meditation to bring in more prana directly, and he said it was god to use when fasting. Don't remember the source - perhaps Intermediate Meditation book? Ardas Kundalini-Yoga , " Yoga Jap " <noi wrote: > > Sat Nam Ardas Singh! > > I never heard before about breatharian.....but I eat when I get hungry....am > I a breatharian? :-) > > " Googling " I read that a breatharian doesn't eat since he/she just lives > thank to the prana.....am I right? > > Sujan S. > > Thursday, February 11, 2010 9:38 PM, > spikycork ha scritto: > > > I'm mostly breatharian. Guest guest
Sat Nam This breatharian idea is interesting to me. I found this site, and a set of youtubes, in which the person, Wiley Brooks (has been a Breatharian for some 30 years and has been giving seminars and teaching his intrinsically learned philosophy for over 20 of those years. his workshops must be completed before, 12-21,2012 ) explains things. (I did not watch all the youtube or read his entire site (http://www.breatharian.com/home.html) , He says that mediating from 30 min to 2 hours a day on 5 Magical words will raise your frequencies. What I thought was interesting are the 5 magical 5th dimensional words. These are: 1. Jot Niranjan 2. Omkar 3. Rarankar 4. Sohang 5. Sat Nam http://www.youtube.com/watchv=K4iUH8VT1KE & feature=related Wiley Brooks Pt.1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uh9mi8lS0Rs & feature=related Wiley Brooks Pt. 9 Power-- use -- pronunciation of the 5 magic words... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VNRu0YIAkM & feature=related Wiley Brooks Pt. 10*** Wiley takes you through meditation -- enter the 5d wolrd. there is a comment from some in Kundalini Yoga, after one of the youtube and I would not follow the eating instructions.
