Join the Australian and Asian community in Sydney for Mind & Meditationwith Sunder S Khalsa (USA). March 25 - March 30. Late summer time, on retreat in beautiful natural bushland close to the beach. The Mind & Meditation Level 2 module is a deep and experiential teaching. It affects all aspects of life as it addresses the mind and the filters through which we see and experience all things. This training is a journey. We begin with our intention to learn the approach to the mind used in Kundalini Yoga, to refine our meditative capacity and to enhance our ability to teach. We invite our mind into our conscious presence, investigate its nature, and learn to master it so that it serves our consciousness and our soul.Sunder is one of Yogi Bhajan's early students. He grew up in Taiwan and was an advanced meditator from a very early age. He brings deep wisdom and awareness to the teachings. He serves on the KRI Board of Directors and the Teacher Training Executive Council. "As we go through the adventure of learning about and mastering the mind, we remember that the goal is to train the mind to recognise what is. To love all that is. To see the One in each and all". LOCATION: Govinda Valley Retreat Centre set in 30 hectares of beautiful natural bushland at the edge of the National Park one hour south of Sydney and easily accessible by car or train.COURSE DATES: ARRIVAL EVENING WEDNESDAY MARCH 24, DEPART 5PM TUESDAY MARCH 30.go to www.kundaliniyoga.com.au orCONTACT Stan/Sahib Singh E: sewakslight P: +61401850282 or Suraj Khalsa E: suraj P. +61411194256
