The yogis say that our minds release 1,000 thoughts in the blink of an eye. Some

of these thoughts get lost in the unconscious and some get stuck in the

subconscious and affect the conscious mind. These thoughts become feelings,

emotions, desires and/or fantasies. Instead of mastering our mind, our mind and

thoughts end up directing us!

 

White Tantric Yoga® (WTY) enables you to break through these subconscious blocks

so that you can have a more enjoyable life. In the shortest time (one full day)

you can experience release from a lot of the burden you carry in your mind.

 

WTY is done in pairs as a group meditation. Everyone sits facing a partner and

follows instructions for the meditation given via DVD by the Mahan Tantric and

Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan. [No need to bring a partner.] A

representative of the Mahan Tantric will be present to facilitate WTY Toronto.

The day will consist of between six and eight meditations incorporating:

 

· a yoga posture (Asana)

· a mental focus (Dristi)

· a hand position (Mudra)

· a breathing technique (Pranayam)

· and/or chanting (Mantra)

 

The meditations vary in length, up to 62-minutes. There are breaks between each

meditation. The environment is peaceful with a friendly, uplifting and

supportive atmosphere. Come spend the day with us and fortify your spirit! A

vegetarian lunch is provided.
