Guest guest
Sat Nam Ji, Why is it important to break the magnetic field between ourself and the earth with a natural material? Blessings, Ardas Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam Ardas Kaur, The importance is not so much breaking the magnetic field between oneself and the earth as it is to sit upon a natural material that returns the energy you generate from your meditative practice back to you rather than letting it dissipate. The higher north a wool skin comes from, the better it is at returning your subtle energies. In order of best to lesser benefit: - skins from closer to the south pole - a wool blanket - stone - earth - cotton Blessings, SS Guru Prem Kaur Khalsa www.yogagems.com
Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone, Someone pointed out that in my post on sheepskins there is a contradiction. The latter line should read: Skins from closer to the north (not south!) pole. Blessings, Guru Prem Kaur www.yogagems.com
