Guest guest
Sat Nam, Please shed a little enlightenment on a confused soul. There is a KY book currently out that claims...all new kriyas for the ten bodies. How could this be? Was some of Yogiji's teachings not avaiable until now? Did KRI do research and deem additional kriyas now work discreetly on the ten bodies? What am I not understanding here? Thanks for your input. Guest guest
Sat Nam JL, Thanks for your question. I've always assumed there's plenty of unpublished material of Yogi Bhajan's teachings. There are plenty of student notes out there from the early days, plus over 8,000 other audio and video assets of Yogi Bhajan's appearances still being transcribed by the Library of Teachings project. [Donate here: http://www.yogibhajan.com/YBLibrary.htm] I've even seen unpublished notes on a set that showed over 80 (or was it 108?) different exercises in one set - surely the longest Kriya on record. As I understand the Waves of Healing book borrowed sets from the notes by Mark Lamm of Yogi Bhajan's earliest L.A. classes (1969-1972). In the back of the book (pg.235) it even gives Mark Lamm credit, and explains that " Yogi Bhajan personally approved write-ups and photographs based on Mark's class notes for the Ten Bodies kriyas " . As a side note, in my opinion and experience, many different Kriyas can be corresponded to balancing one particular body, or even a group of bodies (i.e. Awakening Ten Bodies set). Since every Kriya is a complete set - so many different aspects of our chakras, bodies, gunas, tattvas, em field, glands, nerves and mind are all stimulated or balanced in each set - some parts just get more attention than others. As far as KRI's process for approval, I can't speak to that definitively, but certainly there's some kind of cross-reference process -- I guess along with some experiential analysis. Hope that helps shed a little light. Blessings, Fateh Singh --- " youcanuketoo " <youcanuketoo wrote: > Sat Nam, > > Please shed a little enlightenment on a confused soul.
