Anxiety and kundalini yoga

Sat Nam,

 

I hope you can give me some suggestions. I've a lot of challenges ahead in the

near future and I'm very concerned about it. These worries cause a physical

reaction in form of tightness of the chest area. It's not there all the time.

Anyway, although I'm doing a lot of yoga, I can't really get rid of it. When I

do lungs and heart kriyas it seems to get slightly better for a moment but I

haven't found the ultimate exercise for my problem yet.

 

Is there something you guys can recommend? Are there herbal teas helpful for

anxiety, are there yoga sets or meditations I should try? What about pranayama?

 

I'd be glad to get some ideas.
