Sat Nam,

I just did a wonderful set this morning from the Level II Conscious

Communication classes called: Discovering you Inner Strength. It includes 6

minutes of rocking bow pose, 4 minutes of dancing, and 3 minutes of running

place " as fast as possible " . If you can get your hands on it, that's a good

start.

Also, I really recommend a biking spin class or interval speed biking for

improved cardio. NOTHING can beat it. You will increase lower your resting heart

rate and increase your O2 efficiency in leaps and bounds.

Good luck and Blessings,

Fateh Singh
