I deeply appreciate your kind gesture. Each & every of your posts has made my day lighter and angst free. I want to practise the kriyas even more so now. Earlier, I was filled with remorse, anguish and sadness with a cancer patient in the family, stressful married life, flickering finances while practising the kriyas but now I feel much lighter as if a part of the load has been taken off me. I once again thank all the beautiful and wonderful kundalini family members for comforting me in my times of desperation.
