Guest guest
Hi, I just googled this " Kundalini Yoga and addiction recovery " and quite a lot of info and sites came up, some with programs. You would have to take a look. Blessings, Sat Avtar Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam Matt, And also, another book called Kundalini Yoga for Kids from Whacky Families... Not bad - because it gets to the roots of the substance abuse, healing the wounds of childhood traumas and dramas which cause us to develop false and hidden identities at a very young age [lessons from Conscious Communication Level II] - which ultimately lead to self-destructive behaviors, and the cyclical weaknesses of addictive behaviors. There's also books outside of KY - like " Recovery: A Guide for Adult Children of Alcoholics " - An essential read for this subject matter. I would recommend taking the SuperHealth Certification course if this is something you are interested in teaching more often, as you learn and experience additional Kriyas and meditations through the course work, as well as juice blends/recipes for detox and combating the effects of different addictive substances.
