I am giving the student a little bit of these suggestions at a time My student just arrived back in town. She brightened *right away* when I mentioned Cold Depression meditation to her !! It just really made my day to receive such an outpouring of love and generosity from my spiritual family here. In class I often mention " the Golden Chain " of saints, teachers, and sangats--- and now Kundalini Yoga students here are able to see it and be helped by it through this living example!! " Rise Up!
