He did not say this would cure the condition but only ease it. 1. Patient stands in front of the healer. Healer beats on the area AROUND the navel point, not on the navel point. Hands are in a fist and the energy should be steady and strong but not enough to hurt the patient. (1-3 min) 2. Same position as the healer beats with fists on the inside of the thighs. (1-3 min) 3.
