Guest guest
Sat Nam-I am a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher teaching in Pasadena, CA. After reading Shakti Parwha Kaur's book " Marriage on the Spiritual Path " , I was inspired to begin my own daily practice of chanting So Purkh as well as leading monthly So Purkh women's chanting circles. The changes, challenges and miracles this mantra has provided in my relationships with men have been so astounding that I am writing a book about my experiences. With KRI's suggestion to reach the Kundalini Yoga community, I humbly post this request for supporting this powerful practice given to women by Guru Ram Das by viewing my video at the book publishing contest called The Next Top Spiritual Author, sponsored by James Twyman, Robert Evans, and Hampton Roads Publishers. My book, The Love: the women's guide for healing heartbreak, preparing you to attract a man of high consciousness, is about my experience of healing from heartbreak from my last relationship as well as from my relationship with my lover from my last lifetime by chanting the Kundalini Yoga mantra meditation, So Purkh. I would also love to hear others experiences with So Purkh. Guest guest
Sat Nam Paula, I agree with you. If you want to develope your womanhood, a beautiful, powerful meditation for this purpose is the Grace of God Meditation. I describe my experience with this mantra and how the meditation is done at this link: http://www.yogagems.com/powerfulmantras/wingsofgrace.html Loving Blessings SS Guru Prem Kaur Khalsa www.yogagems.com
Guest guest
Sat nam jis- Sukhnivas/Paul, didn't you ask about what men can do? I believe men can use the Adi Shakti mantra for similar effects; polarize a partner, get in touch with their inner goddess Nimrita- " it will be my daily sadhana for the rest of my life " -- that's such an awesome commitment! I've thought about whether or not I will do that as well. I feel like I might--just see how things progress. We should start a virtual women's circle! xxoo, Kehar Kaur
