Guest guest Posted April 25, 2010 Report Share Posted April 25, 2010 If you meant tingling or numbness in the hand, this can be caused by nerve pressure in the neck, due to a slight mis-alignment of vertebrae. A visit to a chiropractor or osteopath should help. In the meantime, stretching the neck can encourage self re-alignment. Put your left arm behind your back, hold the left wrist with the right hand, gently pull to the right, then tilt the right ear towards the right shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds - 3 times per day.
