I have a friend who has the problem tinkling on his left hand when he tilted his

head back. It has been like this for 2-3 months. If anyone know the exercise,

yoga, or kriya to help to this symtom. Would please help.

Thank you.

If you meant tingling or numbness in the hand, this can be caused by nerve

pressure in the neck, due to a slight mis-alignment of vertebrae. A visit to a

chiropractor or osteopath should help. In the meantime, stretching the neck can

encourage self re-alignment. Put your left arm behind your back, hold the left

wrist with the right hand, gently pull to the right, then tilt the right ear

towards the right shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds - 3 times per day. Remember to

reverse the position and stretch the right side too.
