Guest guest
Dear Family, I have confirmed by self-study this instruction of Swamiji's: in wanting to increase deficient circulation to the heart, as a result of a congenitally defective aortic valve, I have found that very deep breathing in matsyasana can over time increase the vital capacity of the mid-chest region, the area that most benefits circulation of oxygen to the heart.
