Guest guest
Hi Nova Well Ananda has summed up everything to do with pregnancy pretty well...one other thing is to avoid jumping into postures...stepping should be done. The lying on the back thing is dependent on the individual but legs can be bent up to take pressure of the back and the cuttingoff of the nerves is normally at the end of the pregnancy. The balancing postures that Ananda mentionned is new to me and useful too since I am 4 months preganant! Besides that just keep an eye on the lady and make sure she lets you know of any changes e.g. to blood pressure as she could have problems with sudden movements which change the head position to the heart. Much of it though is straightforward and you will be able to tell what she is capable of as with your other students. Hope you are well....will email properly soon....
