I don't use coconut meat due to the saturated fat, but I am taking a

great south Indian cooking class and making my own sambar from

scratch. Great fun and really tasty! I will type it out and send to

you on a visit to the Internet store here in Mysore later in the week.

Idli with sambar is a " fast food " we should all be doing!
