Guest guest
Hi Just a little note to say that we have just finished the first meeting of the 3rd group of Correspondence course students. It was a very interesting and enjoyable class and pretty large. This year I have 6 new students, 1 student repeating as she had to drop out of the last group and 5 students from the previous 2 groups retaking the monthly sessions. The first meeting is always intense as there is so much to cover and take in but this year in the afternoon session we went straight into a discussion group as questions were asked and they are not always simple to answer! Needless to say the time disappeared and I just managed to cover the bare minimum required to enable them to go away and know that they knew what they were doing for the next month. Luckily everyone is able to breathe so I have no extra job there. I am sure that this group is to be a very rewarding teaching expereince where I am kept on my toes...already I am learning new things and discovering new angles to what I thought I knew. If anyone is thinking of teaching the correspondence course as a group I highly recommend it. Kalavathi
